Life is full of hardships, yet human resilience has always amazed me. All individuals possess unique strengths and resources; however, they can become overshadowed by self-doubt, anger, sadness or anxiety during difficult times.
I have extensive experience helping individuals activate strengths to successfully navigate a wide range of mental health concerns and life stressors including:

Along the way, it is common for couples to experience challenges. Couples may seek therapy when struggling with a particular conflict or after long periods of distress.
I assist by establishing a safe environment where both partners can be heard and work to increase mutual respect and understanding. I frequently work with couples to achieve the following goals:

- Change patterns of chronic conflict
- Navigate the pain of infidelity
- Increase intimacy and connection
- Improve relationship success
Modern day challenges can leave parents and families overwhelmed, frustrated and depleted. Without the right support, parents often feel ineffective and helpless.
I encourage parenting from a confident, positive and mindful approach to reduce conflict and increase family harmony. I love working with parents and families to tackle common issues such as:

Adolescence is an exciting journey but one that can be stressful and complex. Navigating academic demands and peer dynamics during intense neurological and developmental change can be overwhelming.
Teaching emotional regulation and cognitive behavioral techniques can be helpful at this stage. I have a breadth of experience treating the following adolescent diagnoses and issues:
- Stress (including post-traumatic)
- Social Anxiety
- Self Esteem issues
